Advertising
My first image is of
a pair of skull candy head phone these headphones would be good to have
advertisements placed in my magazine as they relate to my magazine as my
magazine is about music further more they are colourful and at the same time would
appeal to my target audience because these head phone have things like tow
skull heads with their faces touching this is quick and most of the time skull
heads tend to suggest rock or at least rock styled music.
My second picture
would appeal to my target audience because the type of clothes that this shop
sells are aimed at teenagers for example they could buy a t-shirt that relates
to their favourite band or artist. They also sell clothes that relate to the TV
programs that my target audience watch. This shop is one example, shops that
are like this shop or similar to it could advertise in my magazine whether they
are on line or on the high street.
My third picture is aimed
at the girls that would read my magazine as there are a smaller amount of female
readers the advertise has to be aimed either at both sexes, like the two that I
have already talked about in the above paragraphs, or aimed at males. This
means that every issue should only aim one or two adverts just at the female
audience as the majority of the target audience would not buy this product.
However frequencies that are aimed at young people, ideally those that seem a
bit dark and moody, would be perfect to aim at my target audience.
Picture four is sole
aimed at my male audience this is because the majority of male s that would be
reading my magazine would be interested in playing PSP and XBOX games this
means that I would need to advertise these types of games in my magazine. I
could also include adverts for new consoles and other game releases. The
majority of my target audience would probably buy this product.
My last picture is of
another game but this one is aimed at both sexes therefore although it’s a game
and is still aimed at the males that will be reading my magazine the females have
a game that is also aimed at them. This would make the magazine more balanced
in the adverts aimed at the people in my target audience.
