Colours

My first colour is called dark angel red this colour would suit my magazine as the colour is a good contrast when seen next to a colour like black  this means if I had a black back ground and a this dark angel red font the text in the article would stand out to the reader. The uses of the colour red in this rock magazine would be a good idea as it connotes passion this would mean that my audience would be seen to be passionate about rock music.

My second colour is called gothic purple this would also stand out against a black back ground or a white background but it should not be used on a red or gold back ground as it would make the article hard to read.

My third colour is called drama queen black this would be good to use as a back ground colour as not only would it symbolise a rock magazine it would contrast all of the other colours.

My fourth colour is gold this connotes wealth this mean that the article featured in my magazine would aim to give my audience a rich understanding into their favourite bands or artist.it would also contrast well against a black back ground.

My fifth colour is white this colour connotes purity this would connote to my readers that the bands and artist featured in my magazine live a full on rock life style.
